In Vienna’s gourmet restaurant TIAN, Chef de Cuisine Paul Ivic manages to present a unique concept of cuisine without meat or fish at the highest standard. TIAN is the only vegetarian restaurant with one Michelin star and three toques Gault&Millau. An excellent culinary experience with respect of sustainable food can be enjoyed in the heart of Vienna. The awarded chef sommelier Matthias Riha is in charge of selecting fine wines for the restaurants in Vienna and Munich.
